Taking Attendance (Card Reader)
This tool is only available to Rutgers Newark and RBS Courses
This article will teach you how to take Qwickly Attendance using Card Reader.
Card Reader Mode allows instructors to record attendance simply by having students scan their Rutgers ID cards using a card reader, This method is ideal for large in-person classes because it's fast and reliable
Enter your course
Click the "Qwickly Attendance" link in your course menu
Select "Card Reader"
Attendance choice will default to your last selection
Click Start Card Reader Session
Qwickly Screen must remain active while taking attendance
Students can begin scanning their Rutgers ID card on the card reader.
Confirmation will appear on the screen while the student checks in.
When all student have checked in Close Session
