EchoPoll and Point Solutions: Confirming the Email Associated with Your Account

In order to ensure that your responses are being recorded, you must login to EchoPoll, Point Solutions, or https://echo360poll.com/ with the email associated with your paid Canvas-linked account. The format of the email address may differ for each student.  It could be [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], or another variation.

If you are using an app to respond for EchoPoll or Point Solutions or logging in directly at https://echo360poll.com/, you will need to use the email address associated with your paid Canvas-linked account.

In your Canvas course, click on the Turning Technologies Registration link in the course menu on the left.

If prompted, login with your Rutgers NetID and password.  You may also need to use Duo (two-factor) authentication.

Once logged in, click your initials in the circle located at the top right.  This will display the email address that is associated with your paid Echo Account that is linked to Canvas.

This is the email that you must use if you are using the EchoPoll app, the PointSolutions app, or logging in directly at echo360poll.com.  If you login with any other email, your responses will not be associated with your Canvas course gradebook.

You can check what email you are logged in with the app by clicking on Profile from the app's menu. You can also confirm that the account is connected with Canvas as noted by the green check under Learning Management Systems.
