Scroll down to the bottom of your course menu and click Settings.

Click on the Navigation tab.

Scroll down to Turning Technologies Registration, click the three dots, and select Enable.

This will place it at at the bottom of your course menu but you can drag and drop it higher in your course menu for your and your students' convenience.  

Scroll down to the bottom and click the blue Save button.
