Change thumbnail of your video
1. In Media Space, click on the My Media tab.
2. In the My Media page, click the Edit button to the right of the video you would like to edit.
3. Under your video, click the Thumbnails tab.
4. To upload your own thumbnail for your video, click Upload Thumbnail.
5. To capture your own thumbnail from the video, play the video and click Capture to save the image from that shot.
6. Click Auto-Generate to select a thumbnail from a list of automatically generated thumbnails of the video.
