Add collaborators

Kaltura allows users to add co-editors and co-publishers to media. Co-editors can edit the media's details and metadata, trim media, replace media, edit captions, edit chapters and slides (but cannot delete media or add new co-editors and co-publishers). Co-Publishers can publish the media to any course they have access to in Blackboard.

In Media Space, click on the My Media tab.
Log into Blackboard, locate the My Media module, and click My Media.

2. In the My Media page, click the Edit button to the right of the video you would like to edit.

3. Under the video, click the Collaboration tab.

4. Click Add Collaborator.

5. Add a user as a collaborator.

5.1. Enter the person's Rutgers NetID.

5.2. Select whether this user will be a Co-Editor or Co-Publisher.

5.3. Click Add.

5.4. That person's name, NetID, and permissions will appear in the Member list below the video.
