Convert a PowerPoint presentation to an MP4

If you've created a PowerPoint presentation that includes audio within it, you can convert it to an MP4 and upload to Kaltura. That saves students from having to download a PowerPoint file.

1. Open your PowerPoint presentation and click File in the upper left corner.

2. Select Export.

3. Click "Create a Video."

4. Click small down arrow next to "Presentation Quality" and select  "Internet Quality."

5. Click "Create Video."

6. Select the location to save the video, enter a name for the video and click Save.

7. The conversion can be slow. When it is complete, you will have an MP4 version of your video that you can then upload to Kaltura.
