Add tool link to course menu
A tool link links to a Blackboard tool such as Discussion Board, Email, My Grades, etc.
1. Check that Edit Mode to On. If it is not on, click on the option at the top right of the window.
2. Add the tool link to your course menu.
2.1. Click on the red + icon at the top left of the course menu.
2.2. Select Tool Link.
3. Enter the information for the Tool Link.
3.1. Enter a name.
3.2. Select the type of tool you would like to link.
3.3. Select Available to Users if you want students to see the area.
3.4. Click Submit.
