When accessing Blackboard through a web browser on a mobile device, you may find that the course menu collapses and that even after expanding the menu, it immediately collapses again.  Below are  screenshots taken on an Android phone (Galaxy S7) using Chrome to show you how you can change the behavior of the window and retain the course menu by selecting the Desktop Site option.
